These are ACORD Messaging Specification v 1.5.0 compliant web services. They expose INSIS functionality
in a set of more than 400 web services, structured in modules according their functional scope. By fulfilling ACORD specification requirements, INSIS WS provide both synchronous and asynchronous modes for exchanging data. Because of the implementation of SOAP Message with MIME Attachments specification, beside the regular business data also any kind of binary data can be transferred with the web services – images, documents, etc.
INSIS SOA Adapter
This is a J2CA(Java 2 Connection Architecture) Resource Adapter, which is an alternative interface for INSIS Web Services. It provides access to the same XMLStructures as the web services, but instead of exchanging
information through HTTP/SOAP, the requests are done directly through Java API. INSIS SOA Adapter is especially suited for integration into OracleSOASuite environment.
FileAdapter
File Adapter provides the means for integrating INSIS with other systems through exchange of files. It supports the following file formats: XML, Delimited text,MSExcel.
