Web Browser interfaces are collection of Web 2.0 application, each covering a diverse set of
functionalities:
Standard INSIS UI provides common interfaces for all Insurance Business functionalities of the system – Policy Administration, Claim Management, People Directory, Reinsurance, etc. This interface is
targeted for the regular INSIS users – like insurance company's staff.
A Questioner is application which allows fast configuration of user interface for specific functionalities. The input is collected from the users as a flat sequence of questions/answers and then it is processed by the corresponding INSIS web services. As an alternative to the standard INSIS UI, Questioner provides much more simplified and flexible interface, which allows rapid construction of new user forms, which can cover any functionality, required by the customer. It is intended for non-trained users (like all company customers, sales persons, potential customers, etc.) and therefore it is intuitive and easy to use. Using that interface a customer or sales person can submit an application and convert it into a policy can perform various simulations and quotations for any insurance company product, etc.
Agent portal – provides dynamic portal functionality, including document repository, news, contacts, links, tasks and calendar events. It gives access to reports for the insurance agents. The Questioner application can be integrated into the INSIS portals providing the agents and customers with powerful tool for simulation and quotation.
Mobile Phone Browsers interface - provides access to INSIS customers to their policy claims data through mobile phones/devices. The customers can query their policies and the status of their claims. They can also register Initial Notifications of Loss to the claim management system.
Messaging Services are providing one-way (notifications) and two-way (data retrieval) messaging for INSIS customers. Messaging Services support diverse messaging media and protocol, most popular of which
are SMS, E-mail,Yahoo Messenger and ICQ.
