Custom Support Package


This is extension to the Standard Support Package, which is applicable to the customer specific configuration and the customized software. This support level is not available without the Standard Support Package. When this level of support is contracted Fadata will keep a live copy of the most recent version of INSIS installed in IC. This copy will be installed in an environment, which is the same, or very close to IC’s environment (server, operating system, Oracle RDBMS version, Oracle development tools and full set of INSIS components). A dedicated person trained for the IC-specific INSIS configuration will be available for providing the following support services.

The services provided are:

  • Hot-line support - trained person will be available for providing information and/or advice for on-line problem solving.
  • Fixing of bugs and/or problems in the customized INSIS modules.
  • Customer configuration adjustment for compliance with the RSD

New requirements are not included in the Custom support. When the client needs changes in the system that are new requirements then these requirements are described in writing and attached with all relevant documentation (policy general conditions, tariffs, etc.) and sent via e-mail. Similarly to the bug/problem reporting a confirmation note will be sent immediately.
