Standard Support Package


The Standard support package relates to the standard INSIS software only. The services provided are:

  • Hot-line support - trained person will be available for providing information and/or advice for on-line problem solving.
  • Bug and/or problem fixing in the core system modules.
  • New releases. Result of on-going development work in Fadata, moving to new Oracle releases, bug fixes reported by other users.
