Warranty and After Warranty Maintenance

The duration of the warranty period shall be twelve months as of the date of the system acceptance and Sign-off Protocol, signed between IC and Fadata.

The after warranty maintenance shall comprise a period of ten years after the commissioning of the system, during which period the required updates, maintenance, servicing, and development of the system shall be subject to additional contracts.

The achievement of any additional tasks with reference to the updating and/or modernization of the system, subject hereof, shall be subject to additional agreements, executed as amendments hereof between IC and Fadata, and shall be paid for separately in accordance with the provisions of these additional agreements.

Any amendments and updates of the system, which have not been elaborated at the request of Fadata, shall be provided at preferential prices and shall be subject to additional agreements if the maintenance is not requested.

INSIS Warranty

INSIS is delivered with one-year warranty. The services included in the warranty are those defined in the INSIS Standard Support and INSIS Customer Support and covers INSIS standard software, the customer configuration and the customer specific software developed during the implementation. See sections INSIS Standard Support Package and INSIS Custom Support Package for the included services. These services are free of charge for the warranty period.
